The basic parameters of the varistor?
1. nominal voltage sensitive voltage (V): refers to the voltage of the varistor at both ends of a varistor through a pulse current that specifies the duration of the duration (generally the duration of the 1mA duration is generally less than 400mS).
2. voltage ratio: the ratio of the voltage generated by the current of 1mA to the voltage of the varistor is 0.1mA.
3., the maximum limiting voltage (V): the peak voltage at the peak voltage and the peak voltage of the varistors under the Ip of the peak voltage and the specified waveform.
4. residual voltage ratio: when the current of a varistor is a certain value, the voltage generated at both ends is called the residual voltage of this current value. The ratio of the residual pressure is the ratio of the residual pressure to the nominal voltage.
5. flow capacity (kA): flow capacity, also known as the flow rate, is allowed to pass the maximum pulse (peak) current value on the varistor under the specified conditions (the specified time interval and number of times, the application of the standard impact current).
The 6. leakage current (mA): leakage current, also known as waiting current, means that varistors flow through varistor current under specified temperature and maximum DC voltage.
7. voltage temperature coefficient: refers to the change rate of the nominal voltage of the varistor in the specified temperature range (temperature 20 to 70 C), that is, the relative change of voltage at both ends of the varistor when the current of the varistor is kept constant and the temperature is changed at 1 degrees C.
8., the current temperature coefficient: refers to the relative change of the current flowing through the varistor when the voltage is constant at the two ends of the varistor when the temperature changes 1 degrees.
9., the nonlinear coefficient of voltage: the ratio of the static resistance to the dynamic resistance of a voltage sensitive resistor under a given applied voltage.
10. insulation resistance: the resistance between the lead wire (PIN) of the voltage sensitive resistor and the insulation surface of the resistance body.
11., the static capacitance (PF): the intrinsic capacitance of the varistor itself.
12. rated power: 1000 hours at a specified ambient temperature and 85 degrees Celsius, so that the maximum power of varistor voltage is less than 10%.
13. maximum impact current (8/20us): a specific pulse current (8/20us waveform) shock varistor once or two times (5 minutes each interval), the varistor voltage change is still within 10% of the maximum impact current.
